You can return eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

Which products can be returned

• The product must have a 14-day return policy. Each seller chooses this for their products.
• The order must be delivered to you.
• You must request the return within 14 days of delivery.
• Items bought on a cashback deal, paid for with wallet cashback or coins, or bought through a referral link can be replaced but not returned for a refund. Checkout tells you when this applies.

How to request a refund

1. Sign in and open My Orders.
2. Click Request Return on the delivered order.
3. Choose the item, tell us what went wrong, and add up to 3 photos.

What happens next

• The seller reviews your request and approves or rejects it with a reply.
• If the seller rejects it and you disagree, you can send it to our team to decide.
• You can see the status of every request on the returns page.
